This guidance contains important information to help with your application:
Please apply by submitting a CV and a supporting statement answering the following three key questions:

  1. Give an example of a time when you had to make a really difficult decision under pressure – a decision where the issues were complex and it was not immediately clear to you what decision you were going to take. Include why the decision was difficult and why it had to be made.
  2. Tell us about the impact you have made in your current role and the difference it has made to a child’s life.
  3. Give an example of an action you have taken to champion diversity in your current role.

Please ensure all gaps in your employment and education history are fully explained on your CV - we may wish to verify this information during the recruitment process.

Please supply your up to date salary and package, your home address and contact details in your covering letter.

Please let us have details of two referees – we will only approach them if you proceed to final panel and after we have discussed this further with you.

Following shortlisting you will be contacted directly by our recruiting partners Penna to update you on the status of your application.
